I had originally opted for Vinyl (plastic flooring) due to very tight budget, but couldn’t convince myself to proceed because of the artificial look and feel. After meeting Hayashi and learnt more about Engineered Wood flooring, I decided to give it a shot, as the pricing is surprisingly reasonable. The end result of Engineering Wood has won many praises from friends and family. Renovation is a complex and rough journey and I’m glad that Mr Javier and Mr Lee solved problems with professionalism and provide great advice. I’ve decided to order more Engineered Wood from Hayashi in the near future for my staircase!

I’m glad I found Hayashi who somehow managed to provide the flooring for my entire house with a super competitive price. Quality and service are not compromised either, which leads me to conclude that the markup from the other vendors is just really high. Look for the boss Javier and get him to quote you on your project, you will be pleasantly surprised. Hayashi are honest and flexible to your needs, customisations to colour, size of planks are possible.

Love the wood grain – unique natural patterns that add character and elegance. Real wood surface brings warmth and a welcoming feel to the home! Although we found a few defects, their team fixed them fast and without hassle.
